Two From the Heart by James Patterson
Well... this book wasn't what I thought. It is two stories in one book. I mean two totally different stories. Both were enjoyable to read, but... just not what I was looking for. James Patterson has a way of writing that makes me read very quickly. His chapters are short and easy to read. It took me a while to read this book only because I took a week off over the 4th from reading. The first story I loved. I was thoroughly enjoying it, the characters, the story line everything, and then it ended. The ending makes sense but I was loving it so much I wanted more. I wish this would have been a whole book and not a short story. The 2nd story didn't grasp me right off, I think because it has a little Sci-Fi in it. It ended up to be a good story and I was glad it was a short story, but there could have been more added to it to make it more. The ending was a good happy ending but I feel like a lot of story line was left out, in a way. If you want a quick read I recommend this book. If your look for a great regular story this is not it. If you want a quick read it in a day story, I recommend the first story in this book. It is hard to say I liked these stories but they could be great books if full length. So I guess I just said it.
Rating: I not sure how to rate it?! On a scale of 1-5 First story 3.5 second story 3
