Hello!! I am back. My blog has to be just a summer thing. I have a hard time during school year teaching and keeping up with this blog. Maybe next year will be better.

This is, of course, my favorite author. I still can't figure out where in the world she gets her ideas. Well, she explains where this one came from. This book is fabulous. It is a topic that is very controversial. I love the stance it takes and it may help some people understand where people are coming from sometimes. It also points out how easy it is for people who are not in "situations" to give their opinion about what they would do if it were them. We all know we have done this a few times in our lives. I absolutely love the characters in this book. They are all very easy to get to know and enjoy. I felt the pain that these characters felt for sure. She has a style of writing that really helps me to become the characters and be in their heads. It is irritating when they don't listen to what I am trying to tell them though! I kept wondering how the title fit the book, I tried to predict throughout the whole thing how will this fit the ending of the story. I was close but not exact on how it fit and how she would write it in. I am afraid to say too much cause I do not want to give away anything. You will not be disappointed if you read it.

Warning: The topic is abuse in marriage. It is not so harsh that one doesn't want to read it. No one wants to read about domestic violence BUT this has so much more than this topic.
